Job Description

The ideal candidate will expand the company’s brand presence, and drive demand for SlashNext products and services by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content and campaigns according to plan. You will implement the marketing strategy using online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. 


  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
  • Develop and manage website content
  • Find and target audiences
  • Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
  • Handle strategic online initiatives
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns utilizing a variety of marketing tools, and work with vendors and stakeholders to publish on a variety of digital outlets 
  • Set goals and measure the performance analytics of campaigns. 
  • Report and present campaign results to the leadership team
  • Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
  • Direct agencies and supervising their work
  • Work with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies
  • Manage paid campaigns and stay within budget
  • Stay current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Content creation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
  • Understands website metrics and best practices
  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results 
  • Good at problem-solving and communication
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience with Hubspot, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite
