Plan, manage and execute successful customer product pilots (POCs). Communicate SlashNext value based on activities and work with customers on any identified issues or concerns to drive successful conclusion of POC.
Technically close complex and competitive opportunities, through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill and credibility.
Provide exemplary Pre-Sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, product demonstrations, beta program administration, consistent communication, and on-going technical consultation kind of repeating first bullet.
Work with the sales team to strategize on sales approaches.
Provide technical escalation management and first level technical support within accounts.
Play a pro-active "Technical Account Management" role within your target accounts and VARs driving trusted relationships and business development activities.
Take ownership of the prime technical relationship with our Pre-Sales customers to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers both onsite, online, and via telephone very similar to first bullet.
Proactively engage and communicate with customers and SlashNext business/technical teams regarding product feedback and competitive landscape.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science /Computer Engineering or related discipline
4 years of directly related technical experience including: installing, designing, managing, administering and supporting an enterprise network.
Comfortable contributing at all levels within targeted accounts.
Previous experience selling, installing and supporting cyber-security products preferred.
Highly energetic & self-motivated individual with outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities.
Passion and ability to educate customers on security risks that are relevant to their business.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills. This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of the SlashNext product line.
Experience selling to and supporting mid-market as well as Enterprise customers.
